A Grey Prediction Algorithm for Enterprise Human Resource Management Validity Model Construction and Improvement

With the deepening development of economic globalization and world integration, all enterprises are faced with an increasingly complex competitive living environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to formulate a human resource strategy suitable for enterprise’s own cope external challenges competition enterprise. However, in current management practice state-owned including power supply our country, rare make strategic decisions on resources by applying scientific, effective, complete mathematical models. Taking construction as example, this study combines management, enterprise project comprehensive evaluation, grey system other theories systematically effect enterprises, finally constructs evaluation method assessment model diagnosing its status. We provide practical guidance which conducive workers discover existing problems time improvements, give full play potential resources, improve level value enterprises.
